WE WILL TAKE BACK MOST MERCHANDISE, WITH RECEIPT, INTHE CONDITION IT LEFT THE STORE IN, WITH PRICE TAG INTACT AND STILL ON THE MERCHANDISE, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING,

FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, FOR CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUND. IF PAID BY CHECK, CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ONLY AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSEDAND CHECK HAS CLEARED.

NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD.

NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS OR STOP & SAVE SPECIALS.NO RETURNS ON HOLIDAY/SEASONAL ITEMS AFTER THE HOLIDAY/SEASON HAS PASSED.

OPENED ITEMS DEEMED UNSATISFACTORY BY CUSTOMER FALL UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER PET NATIONS RETURN POLICY. PET NATION WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MANUFACTURERS CONTACT INFORMATION.

PETS/FISH: THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON PETS.

WE SELL ONLY HEALTHY PETS AND CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CARE AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR STORE. WE WILL TAKE BACK ANY PET THAT DID NOT WORK OUT FOR YOU IF WE DEEM THE PET HEALTHY.

THIS IS A COURTESY TO THE CUSTOMER AND TO BENEFIT THE WELFARE OF THE PET, ONLY IF OTHER OPTIONS OF FINDING THE PET A NEW HOME HAVE BEEN UTILIZED. PET WILL ONLY BE TAKEN BACK IN A SUITABLE CAGE WHICH WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF PET NATION.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE PET OR CAGE.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 
 
1. Please email customerservice@petnation.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
