My 2 cats both have some dirt in their ears, one cat with her right ear bent forward a little. I wasn't sure if it's because they roll around on the floor when I sprinkle cat up on the ground, and it's getting into their ears, or if they have a mite problem. Our dog Dallas is a good sport for having his ears cleaned. We put a few drops in each ear and rub in with the ears flopped down to work in the drops. He immediately shakes his head out. It is quick and easy and the dogs don't mind the drops at all. They stopped shaking their heads and ears after putting the drops in and appeared more comfortable.
